Role & Responsibilities:
Define and collect business requirements with the stakeholders.
Perform business analysis, user story, and define the workflow.
Manage end-to-end project business analysis including feasibility study, requirement analysis, UAT, and implementation support.
Build a strong relationship with senior business leaders and the technology team. Formulate projects which can assist the achieving the business objectives.
Exceptional Analytical and Conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent planning organization and time management skills.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Proficiency in SQL and API
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Insurance Domain Knowledge or working experience preferred.
