We are looking for motivated and self-driven individual with 4-6 years of experience with good knowledge of Automation Software Testing, methodology and relevant Technical skills. He or she will be required to work on project deliverables with minimal guidance and be able to independently work on projects. Scalable to handle work across multiple projects.
Job Responsibilities
Should handle end to end Automation testing activities individually.
Should be hands on scripting & execution
Should be good at bottleneck analysis and detailed test reporting
Should provide performance recommendations to development team to work on performance tuning.
Should manage stakeholder expectations
Perform Test Data and Test Environment coordination activities
Participate in Weekly Review Meetings
Should be able to drive performance assessment, test strategy, test reporting meetings and hence the entire PT life cycle of the project
Suggest tools/frameworks/accelerators to optimize testing effort
Document lessons learnt and implement industry best practices for process maturity and quality improvement
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
