ead habitat loss/gain calculations, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments, and ecological impact evaluations. D
rive the use of digital tools (e.g., GIS, remote sensing, data visualization) to enhance ecological deliverables. O
versee the development of habitat mitigation and compensation plans under UK legislation. P
repare, review, and provide quality assurance for ecological reports such as Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA), BNG assessments, and Nature Conservation (NC) reports. M
entor junior team members and facilitate internal knowledge sharing across global ecology teams. C
ontribute to proposal writing, client engagement, and business development activities. K

ey Competencies / Skills

trong experience in ecological consultancy or conservation science, with deep familiarity with UK ecological standards and legislation. A
dvanced competence in ecological data handling, interpretation, and reporting. A
bility to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project deliverables. E
xcellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and client-facing reporting. P
roficiency in GIS and spatial analysis tools. S
trong interpersonal and presentation skills. S
trategic thinking and problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation. S
olid understanding of European Protected Species and licensing requirements. E
xperience with biodiversity metrics and habitat condition assessments. P
roficiency in Microsoft Office and ecological data management tools.
