ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Good knowledge of SQL ( select statements, joins etc) Knowledge of TSQL is a plus Good verbal and written communication skill. Basic knowledge of any Incident management tool (eg Salesforce, Jeera etc) Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software Familiarity with collaboration tools like WebEx, TFS and jabber, MS Team etc Must have agree working in 24. 7 shifts Any scripting language knowledge is a plus Knowledge of Windows server and sql server is a PLUS.
