Description
Key Responsibilities
Interaction with stakeholders to understand the business requirements.
Build new functionalities and implement improvements in Salesforce application.
Build and support configuration tasks, including data cleaning and data import jobsImplementation change control from development sandboxes to production and across the development lifecycle. Ensure that all necessary changes are documented, reviewed, tested, and approved before being deployed.
Develop Lightning and Visualforce pages, apex classes, triggers, visual workflow, and process builder
Maintain high security standards for all data stored in Salesforce.com.
Remain current on new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Provide technical walk throughs to various stake holders
Communicate with internal stakeholders and work through data related inquiries and issues.
Be able to work independently as well as within a team.
Follow agile process, prepare technical design documents.
Qualifications Bachelors degree and above in Computer Science or equivalent.
Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and team members in a professional manner. Excellent problemsolving skills to identify creative ways to achieve solutions.
