• In-depth domain knowledge in and expertise in Agriculture sector development, Agribusiness, LArge transformation projects in Social sector\xe2\x80\xa2Manage clients & accounts and build professional relationships\xe2\x80\xa2Meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients\xe2\x80\xa2Ensure compliance to the firm\'s standards, processes and policies\xe2\x80\xa2Contribute to the firm\'s initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence\xe2\x80\xa2Expertise in the areas such as - Project management, Procurement / Integrated Planning / Network Design / Supply Chain / Sales and Marketing / Strategy / / Logistics\xe2\x80\xa2Support in EY core responsibilities related to business development, cluster level projects of management, concept to scale, engagement management, QRM, team management, Project delivery and quality and any other support as defined by Manager/SM/Partner

Qualification

• Post Graduate in Agri Marketing / Agri business (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background)

Experience6-10 years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or industry with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed - Agribusiness, Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Strategy and Business planning, Agri Marketing/ Agribusiness improvement / transformation, Agri Valuec ahain Development/ transformation, Farmer centric projects, M&E, Project Management, Baseline Studies, Data analytics,
In-depth domain knowledge in and expertise in following sectors: Agriculture, Agribusiness, Social sector, Skill development, NRMWhat we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
