8 Yrs. Experience in Finance / Human Resource / ERP domain

Indicative :

Lead end-to-end analysis, optimization, and re-engineering of business processes across Finance and/or Human Resource functions. Provide subject matter expertise on ERP applications, modules, configurations, and best practices. Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and process mapping for ERP implementations or enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into ERP-driven solutions and workflow improvements. Oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT), validate process changes, and ensure seamless deployment and user adoption. Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation, standardization, and process improvements. Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure solution alignment and timely delivery. Prepare documentation including BRDs, SOPs, process flows, and training materials for business users. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies, audit requirements, and ERP governance standards.
