Responsibilities The role is of a Solution design - Digital Transformation Services is responsible to support the pre-sales, supporting bids and crafting the digital roadmaps for the client basis RFP\'s or proactive deals. The role needs a very strong understanding of Supply Chain digital solution. The role also provides consulting support to solve business problems in new age economy/digital domain for our global client\'s leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets. The role requires a strong consulting skill, digital domain expertise and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing, supporting the crafting of digital transformation roadmap for various client and originating or delivering managed service opportunities. The Role requires creativity and resourcefulness and will utilize innovative solutions to deliver superior business outcomes for clients. Lead and participate large-scale transformation projects. Work proactively with Client stakeholders and internal stakeholders to create a digital transformation roadmap that helps client to improve their 3E\'s, refine their current business processes or develop a new operating model in line with competitive and market forces. Use tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations. The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth digital consulting skills and domain knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements, and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions. The role has ample opportunities for growth, learning and exposure in one of the fastest growing practices within Infosys BPM and Digital Transformation Services as well. Responsibilities You will . Lead and manage the digital transformation solution for large and complex Digital Transformation engagements deals in Supply Chain (Sales & Fulfillment) Domain. . Conduct detailed assessments of processes and identify opportunities/projects leveraging Digital Transformation levers. Drive and manage implementation of approved projects within defined timelines . Drive conception and implementation of technology solutions to business problems by working closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and functional managers . Manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders, prioritize projects based on expected benefit, communicate the value proposition to the stakeholders, assess ground-impact of applications through Pilot tests and launch on floor, procure client security clearances for applications and prepare solution artifacts .
