We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Ayurvedic Doctor to lead and manage our wellness operations in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Ayurvedic practice and proven experience in operational management, guest relations, and team leadership
Key Responsibilities
Guest Development: Build and maintain a strong guest base through quality consultations and wellness programs.
P&L Management: Oversee financial performance, manage expenses, and ensure profitability of the centre.
Therapist Management: Supervise, train, and guide the team of therapists to deliver authentic Ayurvedic therapies and maintain service quality.
Operations Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of guest care, consultation, and treatment outcomes.
Local Liaison: Communicate effectively with local partners, vendors, and the management team.
Team Building: Foster a positive work environment, teamwork, and professional development among staff.
Requirements
Qualification: BAMS / MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Ayurvedic practice and wellness centre/hospital management.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments and Panchakarma.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Fluency in Telugu and English is a must.
Ability to manage and motivate teams.
Business acumen and experience in P&L management.
Relocation: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam will be preferred.
