to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
Coordinate between clients, architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors effectively.
Ensure compliance with
BOCW Act
, company safety policies, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues promptly.
Oversee procurement of materials and verify vendor bills and work completion.
Report project status, delays, and milestones to top management.
Ensure timely handover of completed projects with all documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred).
Minimum
8-12 years
of experience in project management within the construction/infrastructure sector.
Proven experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of
BOCW regulations
, labor laws, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
