Senior Construction Engineer (10+ Years Experience)

Reddy Builders, a trusted name in Vellore's construction industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Engineer to lead and manage critical residential (Apartment and Villas) and commercial construction projects. Ensure materials and construction techniques align with design specifications

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits

Drive timely project delivery while managing resources effectively

Mentor junior engineers and support team development

Key Responsibilties:

Lead planning, design, and execution of civil projects from start to finish

Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, project schedules, and monitor budgets

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities

Perform technical evaluations, structural analysis, and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred)

Minimum 10 years of experience in civil and structural construction projects

Strong knowledge of IS codes, safety protocols, and engineering standards

Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and civil design software

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
