About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling advanced computer vision systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving complex real-world vision problems, and is comfortable taking solutions from research to production. You will work closely with product, hardware, and engineering teams while also mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art computer vision and deep learning models for use cases including:
- Object detection, classification, and segmentation

- Multi-object tracking and pose estimation

- OCR and document understanding

- 3D vision (stereo vision, depth estimation, structure-from-motion)

Architect and build scalable, production-ready CV pipelines and workflows for real world industrial deployment. Lead experimentation, benchmarking, performance evaluation, and model optimization initiatives. Collaborate closely with product, hardware, and platform teams to translate business and field requirements into robust technical solutions. Implement and optimize models using ONNX, TensorRT, quantization, pruning, and edge-optimized deployment strategies. Deploy and integrate CV systems across edge devices (NVIDIA Jetson, embedded systems) and cloud-based GPU environments. Design and maintain DeepStream and GStreamer pipelines for real-time video analytics. Stay up to date with the latest research, evaluate emerging architectures, and drive the adoption of innovative techniques where applicable. Contribute to project planning, technical documentation, architectural decisions, and long-term roadmap discussions. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring best practices and code quality.
Who Are You:

Experience: 5-6 years of strong, hands-on experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or Applied Machine Learning, with a proven record of production deployments. Core Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python, OpenCV, NumPy

- Expertise in PyTorch and/or TensorFlow

- Solid understanding of classical computer vision algorithms, imaging fundamentals, and feature extraction

Model & Architecture Experience:
- Detection: YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD, DETR

- Segmentation: U-Net, Mask R-CNN

- Tracking: SORT, DeepSORT, ByteTrack, and custom multi-object tracking pipelines

- OCR: CRNN, transformer-based OCR, document AI workflows

Deployment & Optimization:
- Hands-on experience with TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, quantization, and pruning

- Experience deploying models on NVIDIA Jetson, ARM-based devices, or enterprise production environments

Software Engineering Excellence:
- Clean, modular, and scalable coding practices

- Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills

- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows

Ownership Mindset:
- Ability to independently own projects, make architectural decisions, and manage timelines effectively

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact environments

Good to Have:

Experience with AWS, GCP, or hybrid cloud-edge deployments GPU/CPU performance optimization for real-time inference with limited resources Understanding of networking fundamentals for distributed inference systems Experience with multi-camera systems, calibration, and depth estimation Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes
