Job Title: Senior Manager/AVP Compliance - Mumbai
Job Responsibility:
Design and implement a comprehensive compliance testing program to assess adherence to regulatory requirements.
Performing control testing for Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policies and coming up with internal control gaps.
Perform independent testing and review of internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable RBI regulations and prepare reports, and communicate results to the Senior Management and the Board.
KYC-AML management including undertaking periodic risk assessment of clients and AML monitoring (CTR, STR filings)
Filing of returns related to Fraud Risk Management and ongoing monitoring of frauds cases
Drafting and review of key policies and procedures related to RBI regulations and other applicable laws
Regularly assess the adequacy of compliance risk mitigating controls designed and recommend enhancements where necessary
Tracking of whistle blower complaints
Should be able to independently develop and maintain a compliance checklists, manuals, and other regulatory documentation for continuous monitoring
Drafting Compliance Training material content
Identify, assess and monitor compliance, bribery and fraud risks across all functions and departments in the organization. Maintain and update the Compliance Risk register annually.
Reviewing documentation related to Vendor Risk Assessment
Preparation of Compliance Status file comprising of circulars issued by RBI/SEBI/MCA/HR/Finance and Labor laws for presenting the same before the Board.
Preparation of SOPs for RBI and IRDAI returns
Monitor implementation of Daksh advisories and obtaining a status on the implementation from various depts.
Regularly monitor changes in regulatory guidelines from RBI, IRDAI and update compliance processes accordingly.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable RBI regulations.
Undertaking regulatory reporting and coordinating with cross functional teams
Providing support in RBI inspections and observations arising out of RBI inspections
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of compliance requirements.
