Senior Compliance Analyst - SOX

We\'re looking for an Senior Compliance Analyst candidate with experience in SOX to join our team in Hyderabad

You will report to the Manager, Information Security / delegate Lead Analyst

You will you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid,, and have a track record of partnering with a diverse set of all professionals including IT, Legal, Sales, R&D, HR and external auditors

Your Role Responsibilities? Here\'s What You\'ll Do

• Collaborate with the Manager of Internal Audit to implement a SOX program focused around ITGC
• In-depth knowledge of IT general controls:

• Access management
• Change management,
• IT operations,
• System development life cycle (SDLC),
• Third-party SOC reports,
• Application controls, System interface controls
• The Sr. Compliance Analyst (SOX) will support the annual SOX program to ensure the completion of the program objectives and timelines as follows
• Perform Detailed analysis of key processes to document the design of Key SOX controls, and identify Design gaps for remediation
• Perform testing of key controls, validate/review any deficiencies with control owners and, develop, validate and track the remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with partners and work cross-functionally with departmental team members to perform IAM, SOC2 assessments
• Develop, documents, and assists in implementation of security controls designed to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company information assets.
• Manage operational effectiveness of security controls, perform root cause analysis on failures, and drive remediation in a continuous improvement process.
• Prepare compliance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from walkthroughs, interviews, and systems

Role Essentials

• 3-6 years of working in Information Security GRC or relevant Audit, Risk, or Compliance roles.
• Industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, ISO27001 LI/LA.
• Experience with common security and privacy frameworks (i.e. ISO 27001, SOX IT Controls, SOC2 Trust Principles, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CIS).
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud environments
• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred.
