BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
------------------------
Bachelor's degree or above
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
Overall experience of 6 - 10 years, in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.
Deep compensation knowledge required, including understanding of APAC AMET compensation practices and regulations.
Written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to listen, synthesize ideas, and explain complex issues clearly and succinctly to various audiences.
Excel and analytics skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Problem solving, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.
Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks. Comfortable with large data sets.
Highly analytical and quantitative skills and detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.
Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Excel Macros; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred.
Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts, decisions, and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders.
