Argano is seeking a Senior Communications Associate to provide support to the Communication and Culture Team across a variety of business functions. They should have strong writing & English skills and a passion for learning. The Junior Communications Associate will be directly contributing to employee connectedness and will play a pinnacle role in keeping our People informed.

What you'll be doing:

Business planning: support the design of internal team events, all-hands and team calls Build decks for meetings Support the employee intranet by developing and updating content Collect and organize submitted content for internal distribution Communications: Coordinate the logistics of internal communications initiatives Culture: Support weekly employee engagement and awarding employees through internal recognition platform maintenance Experience: Manage calendar invites and attendee lists

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint Experience with Microsoft Power Apps Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sway, and Teams Able to work 12pm IST to 8pm IST Extreme attention to detail Excellent organization skills Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies Basic/beginner graphic design capabilities (i.e. Canva) Great written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to meet or exceed timelines in a fast-paced environment Open-minded to feedback, new ideas, evolution, and improvement
