Kitchen maintenance: Cleaning, organizing, and stocking the kitchen
Quality control: Ensuring food quality and consistency, and following food safety regulations
Communication: Working with other chefs, wait staff, and supervisors
Customer service: Providing efficient and appropriate customer service
Training: Educating and guiding junior chefs
Compliance: Following company policies and procedures, and local laws regarding food handling and alcohol service
Flexibility: Working in different shifts and being able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team Player : Must have ability to work in a diverse team environment
