Identify, target, and acquire new clients for commercial leasing/sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and expand relationships with corporate clients, investors, and brokers.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients.
Understand client requirements (office space, retail, showroom, etc.) and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to deal closure.
Manage leasing/renting of commercial properties (office spaces, retail outlets, showrooms, etc.).
Negotiate rental agreements, lease terms, and contracts with clients.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during deal execution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand-supply gaps.
Prepare sales strategies to attract premium clients and brands.
Suggest pricing strategies to management for competitive positioning.
Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve collective targets.
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams for seamless deal closures.
Monitor daily/weekly performance reports of the team.
Represent the company at business events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
Build a strong network with real estate consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
Promote the company's commercial projects to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain updated records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements.
Prepare regular MIS and sales performance reports for management review.
Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
