Job Description

The role involves managing and monitoring loan EMI collections across multiple products, including

Two-Wheeler, Personal Loan, Used Car Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Solar Loan

. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in collections, team handling, and bucket-wise portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the collections team to achieve monthly recovery targets Handle

1-6 bucket collections

and ensure timely follow-ups with customers Conduct field visits and tele-calling reviews with the team Maintain MIS reports of collections and update payment status in the system Coordinate with the credit and operations team for escalations and settlements Train, guide, and motivate the collection executives for better performance Build and maintain strong customer relationships to reduce delinquency

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years

of experience in collections (NBFC/Banking preferred)

Minimum 1-2 years

of team handling experience Hands-on experience in

1-6 bucket handling

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Good knowledge of MS Excel and collection MIS Willingness for field visits when required

Salary:

?22,000 - ?26,000 + Incentives
