Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior CNC Operator
to join our Manufacturing & Production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, setup, and operation along with hands-on experience working in a precision machining environment.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical / BE or ITI (NCVT).
2 to 5+ years of industrial machining experience, with expertise in CNC programming and operations.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in CNC setup and operation (lathes, mills, grinders, boring machines).
Proficiency in
blueprint reading
,
precision measurement tools
, and
G-code/M-code
.
Experience with
CAD/CAM software
such as SolidWorks or Mastercam.
Operating experience with
Laser Cutting Machines
,
Water Jet Cutting Machines
,
PP Sheet Cutting Machines
.
Strong understanding of machine tooling, materials, and machining parameters.
