Department: CNC Production (Operations Head)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior CNC Head to take complete ownership of our CNC production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily production, leading the team, reporting to top management, and continuously working on process improvements and implementing new ideas to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire CNC production floor operations, including machines, manpower, and workflow.

Plan and schedule production to meet delivery targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

Continuously monitor production performance metrics such as output, downtime, rejection rates, and machine utilization.

Supervise and guide CNC programmers, operators, and tool setters.

Develop and implement new ideas to improve machining processes, reduce cycle time, increase productivity, and minimize tool wear and rework.

Review and optimize CNC programs (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) and machining methods.

Generate and submit detailed production reports and suggestions for improvement to senior management.

Ensure effective coordination between Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchase teams.

Introduce and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure safety standards and compliance with ISO / quality norms.

Train and upgrade the technical skills of team members regularly.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Diploma / B.E ( Mechanical ).

Experience: 12+ years in CNC machining and production leadership.

Proven track record of leading a CNC team and delivering high-quality output.

Strong ability to analyze production gaps and implement improvements.

Proficient in technical drawings, tooling, CNC programming, and machining parameters.

Excellent communication, team management, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in CNC, automation, new product development, and machining optimization.

Exposure to precision components.

Familiar with ERP / MES systems and digital production tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
