Job Purpose

To reduce/maintain risk at current levels and improve portfolio quality, leading to lower losses

Duties and Responsibilities

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

? Effective team and stakeholder management.

? Regular engagement with cross functional team
?

End to end understanding of loss projections in terms of AOP, recalibrated estimations done monthly basis bounce/collection inputs/trends.

? Responsible for analyzing departmental risk policies, portfolio analysis, policy audits, bounce analysis and new customer acquisition analysis.
?

Regular engagement with stakeholders to identify new business opportunity and take policy actions on marginal segments.

? Actively engagement with RCU team to keep controls on fraud accounts at acquisition levels. Understanding past trends and build fraud trigger mechanism

? Required system changes and controls to be explored and get this build in system
?

Review Risk review and operating deck with the team and provide insight which will lead portfolio quality.

? Risk management, process enhancement, business analysis and data analysis and take proactive corrective actions on the basis of portfolio performance.

? Understanding of SQL and automated BI reports to get execute required outcomes

? Monitor risk metrics and highlight any stress/trends and simulate on historical data for projected impact of proposals

? Ensuring policies are aligned to customer requirements and capture the right segments mix which helps in meeting targeted business volumes and budgeted loss rates.

Educational Qualifications

a) Qualifications

Post-graduate degree

Prior knowledge of SQL
