Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Branch Managers and Sales Executives across the assigned cluster.
Drive business growth by achieving sales targets for secured and unsecured loan products.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance standards.
Monitor performance, productivity, and profitability of each branch under the cluster.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion within the region.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team motivation initiatives.
Report cluster performance and sales metrics to the Regional Head/Business Head.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
7-10 years of experience
in
NBFC or banking sales
, with at least
3 years in a leadership/cluster role
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-branch operations.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor large sales teams.
Sound understanding of NBFC products, sales processes, and credit policies.
