About the Job

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our cutting-edge navigation and piloting systems.

You will:

Lead the design and development of advanced software applications tailored to maritime needs. Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster technical excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and R&D to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues and implement sustainable fixes. Champion modern development practices and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our systems competitive.

Your responsibilities will include driving architectural decisions, promoting innovation, and ensuring our software aligns with long-term business goals.

About the Ideal Candidate

You bring:


A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of professional experience in software development. Proven experience in system architecture and scalable software solutions. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Expertise in software design, debugging, performance optimization, and testing strategies. Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence technical direction. Experience in: Go, TypeScript, React, and AWS serverless services.

You are proactive, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with a passion for innovation and a strong sense of responsibility."
