Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership, independent delivery of modules, lead juniors and deliver modules with the team of junior developers Design microservices based cloud native application architecture (REST, SOA) - Azure Hands-on code development, review and creation of application pipelines and workflows Cloud Engineering, configuration and optimization Understand architecture to prepare high level design of SOA based application Preparation of low-level design documents from Architecture and high-level design documents Code review, test review, Debugging and troubleshooting issues Identify bottlenecks in existing architecture to modularize them Testing developed modules in cloud environment Provide clear technical feedback to juniors and management Qualifications Experience Requirements: 8+ years and above (expertise in Backend Development) Skills / Qualifications : Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Electronics Engineering Hands on software development experience with solid foundations in designing, and developing, B2B and B2C software web applications Strong expertise in Microservice, SOA architectures and Horizontal scalability Strong proficiency in Java/Python/NodeJS or equivalent Hands on experience in at least one cloud platform (preferably Azure, AWS) Excellent in TDD, Unit Testing, Integration testing and API testing. Excellent understanding of UML and proficiency in designing using UML (Class, Sequence, Activity Diagram, ER diagrams) Solid Knowledge of Design Patterns, REST Frameworks and API development Solid knowledge of service technologies like Redis, Queues, Kubernetes, Docker and SQL Good Knowledge to integrate with DevOps CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc) Good Knowledge on Cloud automation techniques like Terraform and Ansible Clear understanding of Non-Functional requirements of distributed application and impact of design decisions on NFRs. Strong problem solving, debugging skills.
