C. Essential Job Duties: ? Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. ? Complete required trainings according to required timelines. ? Track Weekly/Monthly Training compliance of Team ? Actively participate and contribute in various Knowledge Sharing Session held across departments within CTTS. ? Appropriate Assessment of Workload and assigning the projects on time based on priority. ? Perform quality check of peers and Identify process gaps that lead to quality errors and suggest steps to improve quality compliance for assigned tasks. ? Plan and deliver training; Prepare required training agenda and material. ? To create and/or perform review by assessing effectiveness, update SOP's/WI's including timely submission of version controlled documents to global QA SOP team.
