The Company is a 10+ years old Corporate Event Management Agency and is looking for a
seasoned Client Servicing professional
who can independently manage key corporate clients, lead end-to-end servicing of event mandates, and act as a strategic bridge between clients and internal teams.
The role requires someone who understands
corporate event dynamics
, can manage multiple stakeholders, upsell creatively, and ensure high client satisfaction while driving long-term relationships and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the
primary point of contact
for assigned corporate clients
Build and nurture long-term relationships with marketing, HR, and leadership stakeholders
Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and communication goals
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Event Planning & Servicing
Receive, understand, and translate client briefs into clear internal briefs
Work closely with
creative, operations, and production teams
to deliver end-to-end event solutions
Participate in brainstorming, concept development, and proposal presentations
Ensure timely delivery of proposals, decks, and budgets
Commercials & Account Growth
Prepare and manage
event budgets, estimates, and cost sheets
in coordination with operations
Negotiate commercials with clients while maintaining margins
Identify opportunities for
upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
Drive annual account growth and contribute to overall business revenues
Internal Coordination
Act as a bridge between
clients, creative teams, operations, and vendors
Ensure smooth information flow and alignment across departments
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Event Execution Support
Be present during key events to oversee client servicing and ensure seamless experience
Handle on-ground client communication and real-time problem resolution
Ensure post-event closure including feedback, billing, and documentation
Reporting & Process Adherence
Maintain servicing MIS, client documentation, and reports
Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
Provide insights and feedback to improve servicing and delivery quality
Desired ProfileExperience
Excellent client-handling and relationship-building skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Commercially aware with good understanding of margins and costing
Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
