About the Role



We are looking for a Senior Client Service Executive who will act as a compassionate facilitator and single point of support for clients throughout their wellness journey with Wellness Vibe.

This role focuses on end-to-end client support, gentle guidance, and relationship management, ensuring clients feel supported, understood, and cared for while engaging with our wellness programs and services.

The role blends customer service with wellness facilitation, requiring empathy, presence, clear communication, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for clients after program onboarding Support clients end-to-end throughout their wellness programs and service journey Facilitate clients through sessions, processes, and next steps with sensitivity and clarity Coordinate between internal teams, facilitators, and clients to ensure smooth delivery Address client queries, concerns, and emotional needs with patience and understanding Build long-term client relationships through mindful follow-ups and consistent support Help clients understand program structures, timelines, and wellness outcomes Maintain accurate client records, service status, and CRM updates Ensure a high-quality, nurturing, and respectful client experience Participate in internal wellness training and continuous learning

Skills Required



Warm, clear, and confident communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to explain concepts calmly and reassuringly Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening Customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in human well-being Ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills Basic system handling and CRM familiarity

Educational Qualification



Any Graduate
