Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain long-term relationships through professional and personalized service.
Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations to ensure complete satisfaction.
Manage communication between clients, designers, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination.
2. Project Coordination & Communication
Schedule client meetings, design discussions, and progress reviews.
Ensure timely updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
Address client queries, feedback, and concerns politely and professionally.
Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure client commitments are met.
3. Business Development & Follow-up
Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Assist in preparing client proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain an organized record of client interactions and project documentation.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain a client database with updated project details and communication logs.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on client interactions and project progress.
Support senior management with feedback and client insights to enhance service quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience:
3 to 7 years of experience in
client servicing, relationship management, or business development
, preferably in the
interior design, architecture, or real estate
sector.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools and communication software will be an advantage.
Language Skills:
Fluent in
English and Hindi
with strong verbal and written communication.
