Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Client Acquisition & Growth

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients. Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy rates and maximize revenue. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

Market & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target companies. Represent the brand at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings. Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that attract new members.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Prepare regular reports on acquisition activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Contribute to quarterly and annual sales strategies.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Mentor junior sales executives and guide them in client acquisition best practices. Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications



Any Graduate 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions.

Experience in flexible workspace or real estate industry preferred
