Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that attract new members.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Prepare regular reports on acquisition activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Contribute to quarterly and annual sales strategies.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor junior sales executives and guide them in client acquisition best practices.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Any Graduate
8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions.
Experience in flexible workspace or real estate industry preferred
