Senior Work Supervisor-Civil

Qualification:

Engineering/Diploma in Civil

:

Discuss and Coordinate amongst various stakeholders at worksite to ensure work alignment.

Inspecting on construction drawing plan and analyzing to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely.

Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.

Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.

Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.

Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.

Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
Submit Daily report to management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field is preferred.

Proven experience working as a site supervisor.

Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.

Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

The ability to interpret drawings.

Outstanding leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
