Review construction drawings, design specifications, and project plans.
Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate work to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and clients.
Ensure on-site execution follows approved drawings and quality standards.
Monitor construction activities such as RCC work, shuttering, masonry, plumbing, electrical, finishing, etc.
Supervise subcontractors and labor teams to ensure productivity and quality.
Prepare material requirements and ensure timely availability of cement, steel, aggregates, tiles, fittings, etc.
Verify and approve quality of incoming materials.
Maintain stock records and reduce wastage on-site.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
Track progress against project schedules and highlight delays.
