Job Description

Position: SR. Civil Site Engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Industry: Real Estate/ Construction

Location: Vadodara , Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision:

1. Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule.

2. Execute and monitor all civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and external development.

3. Review and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings; ensure proper implementation on site.

4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.

Project Planning & Coordination:

1. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work plans and allocate tasks to site teams.

2. Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and quality teams.

3. Ensure timely availability of materials, resources, and manpower.

Quality Control & Compliance:

1. Conduct inspections for work quality, materials, and workmanship as per IS standards.

2. Ensure compliance with construction specifications, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

3. Identify and resolve technical issues on site in a timely manner.

Material & Resource Management:

1. Monitor material consumption, wastage control, and stock management at site.

2. Verify material deliveries and maintain proper documentation.

Safety & Site Management:

1. Implement safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at site.

2. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.

Documentation & Reporting:

1. Maintain daily site reports, measurement sheets, RA bills, and site records.

2. Track project milestones and report progress to the management team.

3. Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and work order evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
