Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and organizing construction activities. Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and labor. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and laborers. Monitor site progress as per drawings and schedule. Supervise workers and enforce safety and quality standards. Resolve on-site issues and discrepancies. Ensure materials and work meet required quality standards. Conduct inspections and maintain quality records. Implement and enforce site safety protocols. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory safety norms. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments. Optimize use of materials, labor, and equipment. Prevent resource wastage and ensure operational efficiency. Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements and issues. Maintain detailed documentation of site activities. Assist in managing project costs within the approved budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality.
