Hi,

We are looking for a high rise Civil Engineer for Gift City location.

The key responsibilities are :-

Project Management:

Overseeing high-rise construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Design and Analysis:

Conducting design, analysis, and review of existing high-rise structures, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.

Construction Oversight:

Supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.

Material Procurement and Management:

Coordinating the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring they comply with industry standards.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.

Maintenance and Operations:

Managing the operation and maintenance of critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Quality Control:

Ensuring all work is performed to the highest quality standards, adhering to approved construction drawings and specifications.

Communication and Collaboration:

Effectively communicating with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Specific Tasks Might Include:

Reviewing construction drawings and specifications. Conducting regular site inspections. Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors. Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments. Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control. Resolving issues and conflicts that arise during construction. Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports and site diaries. Diagnosing and repairing system malfunctions. Implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Experience in high rise project of G+10 (minimum) from starting to end is necessary.

Technical knowledge is required for the position.
