Job Description

Project Management:

Leading and overseeing projects from conception to completion, including planning, design, and construction.

Design and Planning:

Developing detailed designs, specifications, and cost estimates.

Compliance:

Ensuring projects adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and codes.

Stakeholder Management:

Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Team Leadership:

Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technical staff.

Site Inspections:

Conducting site visits and monitoring project progress.

Budget Management:

Managing project budgets and resources effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges.

Reporting:

Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Extensive experience in civil engineering, typically 10+ years, with a focus on project management or infrastructure design.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), engineering principles, and construction practices.

Professional Registration:

May require professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and operational issues.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
