Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer / Site Engineer

to oversee and manage our on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong civil engineering background, with hands-on experience in reading structural drawings, supervising civil works, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and review structural and architectural drawings accurately. Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site construction activities. Supervise civil work execution including foundation, RCC, masonry, finishing, and other related works. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, architects, and consultants. Maintain daily site reports, material records, and progress updates. Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet required standards. Resolve technical issues on-site and provide practical solutions. Manage workforce allocation and ensure project deadlines are met. Oversee compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and techniques. Ability to read and interpret structural and layout drawings. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other construction-related software. Good communication and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Preferred Background:

Prior experience in

commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Hands-on experience managing multiple contractors and vendors. Knowledge of estimation, billing, and quantity surveying is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
