Job Description

Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of site management, structural work, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and project timelines. Monitor project progress and report daily site updates to management. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Verify quantities and measurements for billing purposes. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and resources efficiently. Inspect and ensure quality control at every stage of construction. Review structural drawings and provide technical inputs where necessary. Assist in resolving any on-site technical issues.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and design standards. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

MS Project

, and other engineering software. Excellent project planning and time management skills. Ability to lead and coordinate with multiple teams on-site. Sound understanding of cost control, quantity estimation, and site documentation. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:

Candidates with experience in infrastructure, industrial, or residential projects will be preferred. Should be willing to travel to project sites as required. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
