About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day site execution for our luxury villa-plots project at Rajanukunte.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute all on-site civil works as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards. Oversee external development works including roads, drainage, water supply, sewage, electrical trenching, compound walls, and landscaping. Manage civil, structural, and finishing works for the clubhouse. Prepare BOQs, check quantities, and support procurement with accurate material estimates. Lead and guide a site team of 4-6 engineers and supervisors. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution. Prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure material, labour, and equipment availability. Maintain site records, daily/weekly progress reports, and certify contractor measurements and bills. Ensure strict adherence to safety norms, statutory requirements, and company quality policies. Resolve technical issues proactively to keep the project on schedule. Support timely completion and handover of all works as per project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering 5+ years in external development + building execution. Strong knowledge in external development works (roads, drainage, electrification, water & sewer lines).Strong technical understanding of utilities, infrastructure, and site management. Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, specifications & quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office and site documentation. Excellent coordination & communication skills with contractors and management teams. Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills.
