-Must have knowledge regarding government tenders working and profit generation ability. -Must be able to handle multiple site supervisors at different sites and guide/support them to adhere to high level of quality standards and must be responsible for job completion on time at those sites maintaining required standards keeping zero error. - Extra weightage will be given to candidates who have experience in government tender filling and fighting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and specifications. 2. Prepare and submit tender documents for undertaking government projects, understanding and implementing all necessary procedures and requirements. 3. Manage billing processes for government contracts in accordance with government engineers/authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant rules and regulations. 4. Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and suppliers, coordinating their activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 5. Conduct site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce safety protocols.Prepare project reports and documentation, maintaining detailed records of design, construction, and inspection activities. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and best practices in civil engineering and construction management.
