To lead and oversee project execution activities ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per project specifications and organizational standards. Responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and execute site activities in line with project timelines and approved drawings.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and manpower to ensure proper utilization of resources.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth execution.
Resolve technical/site issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.
Ensure timely reporting of progress, delays, risks, and cost impacts to management.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements at site.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in execution processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
