Supervise and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, technical specifications, and timelines.
Report project updates, milestones, and potential risks to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, survey reports, and other technical documents to guide construction activities.
Plan and oversee allocation of resources, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal project efficiency.
Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve on-site challenges.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure compliance with engineering, design, and safety standards.
Collaborate with Architects, Consultants, and Subcontractors for smooth execution and timely delivery.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards.
Identify potential project risks and implement preventive measures to avoid delays, cost overruns, and safety issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation -- progress reports, site diaries, quality checklists, and change orders.
Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Manager, contractors, consultants, and other departments.
Manage and monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and machinery.
Ensure safety, housekeeping, and adherence to all statutory and quality standards at site.
Verify and maintain records of material receipts, consumption, and stock.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Assist in quantity estimation, billing verification, and measurement of completed work.
Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions in coordination with senior engineers.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all work is carried out as per structural and architectural drawings.
In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, structural and finishing works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Coordination with MEP and finishing teams
