We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Senior Engineer to join our team. The role primarily involves site execution, supervision, and contractor handling. This position requires a proactive professional who can stay on-site for short-to medium durations, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute site activities in line with project timelines and company standards.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with senior engineers, project managers, and clients for effective site progress reporting.
Handle day-to-day site operations, including material management, workforce allocation, and adherence to schedules.
Resolve site-level challenges by proactively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation, daily site progress reports, and compliance with company policies.
Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to achieve defined project goals.
