Project Management

: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Structural Analysis

: Conduct detailed structural analysis and design, applying advanced engineering principles to ensure structural integrity and safety.

Site Supervision

: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Team Leadership

: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the civil engineering field, specifically within the industrial, residential, and real estate sectors.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license
