We have opening for the Civil Engineer

Company Name : CMV Infraprojects Pvt Ltd.

Experience : 5 to 9 yrs

Qualification : B.E. in Civil

Job Location : Airoli Navi Mumbai.

Salary Range : 25k to 60K Gross Monthly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Design:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Understanding design and draft engineering blueprints using CAD software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability.

Construction Oversight:

• Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with plans,

specifications, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure project standards are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and testing to monitor progress and quality.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with architects, surveyors, and other engineers to integrate design and

construction efforts.

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress

and any issues.

• Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and

correspondence.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and clients.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and stored securely.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY


Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety regulations.


Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.


Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.


Participate in professional development activities and training programs.

WORKING CONDITIONS


Office environment with regular visits to construction sites.


May require extended hours during peak project periods.


Travel to project sites and meetings as necessary.

EXPERIENCE


Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure and

construction projects.


As a senior engineer 5 years of Experience in same industry.

QUALIFICATION


Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.


Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
