Job Description

Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the project team.

Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project viability and identify potential risks and constraints.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project timelines and milestones.

Monitor project progress and performance against established plans and objectives, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.

Utilize project management tools and software to track project activities, resource allocation, and expenditures.

Lead regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate updates to the project team and stakeholders.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and community members, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.

Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, including mentoring and professional development opportunities.

Sort drawings discrepancies with consultants

Work out project feasibilities with the construction head

Hands-on ERP experience.

Verify third-party estimates

Certify closing bills works of contracts allocated

Expertise in alluform and hybrid construction techniques

Worked on minimum 20+ floors projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Construction management: 8 years (Preferred)
