We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in
Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction
to manage and execute high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality, safety, and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise high-rise construction works (RCC & finishing).
Manage Mivan formwork cycles and structural activities.
Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, welding, and carpentry works.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and MEP teams.
Track daily progress and resolve site execution issues.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of RCC and Mivan construction systems
Hands-on experience in shuttering, welding, and carpentry supervision
Good understanding of drawings, BBS, and site planning
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
Preferred
Experience in fast-track high-rise projects
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
Experience
7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in
high-rise building construction
(25+ floors mandatory).
