We have job opportunity for Civil Engineer for our client.

5-6 years only

Head Office & work Location : Bangalore

Qualification: Diploma holder or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects, overseeing all phases from conception to completion.

Design Oversight:

Review and assess engineering designs, architectural drawings, and technical specifications to ensure they meet requirements.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Train, mentor, and supervise junior engineers and other technical staff, delegating tasks and fostering team development.

Budget & Schedule Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing needs to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Compliance & Quality Control:

Ensure projects adhere to all relevant government regulations, industry codes, and safety standards.

Site Assessments:

Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and monitor project progress.
Skills & Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, with a Master's degree often preferred.

Experience:

Significant experience

(often 5-6+ years

) in civil engineering

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MS Project), structural analysis, and construction management.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
