We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage building and infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role involves both design coordination and on-site execution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead planning, design coordination, and execution of building and infrastructure projects
Review and approve structural drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
Oversee construction activities for residential, commercial, and infrastructure works
Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Supervise site teams and mentor junior engineers
Resolve technical, design, and site-related issues efficiently
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
8-10 years of experience in buildings and infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of RCC structures, construction methods, and local codes
Experience in project coordination and site management
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
