We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Senior Civil Engineer

to join our team for a prestigious high-end commercial project based in

Dehradun

. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of

12 years of experience

in civil engineering, with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of the high-end commercial project from planning to execution. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to project plans. Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Provide technical guidance and leadership to on-site teams. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. Prepare and review reports, BOQs, and project documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum

12 years of hands-on experience

in civil construction, particularly in high-end commercial projects. Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methods, and building materials. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software tools.

Fluent in English

with

excellent communication skills

- must be soft-spoken and professional in interactions. Ability to work in Dehradun full-time and manage local site operations efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹62,854.10 per month
